Cada vez son más los casos de trastornos afectivos presentes en la sociedad. Entre ellos, la depresión encabeza la lista en este tipo de diagnósticos y es considerada una de las causas principales de incapacidad a nivel mundial. En este libro se examinan las características que pueden ayudar a percibir y detectar si una persona padece depresión o podría desarrollarla. Este estudio se realiza mediante tres tipos de análisis, uno lingüístico y dos grafológicos, observando la escritura y lenguaje de diferentes individuos. Los participantes se dividen en dos grupos: sujetos diagnosticados con depresión y grupo de control; analizándose las similitudes y diferencias, tanto en la estructura del lenguaje como en la elaboración del trazo al escribir de ambos grupos. Por tanto, este libro es recomendable para aquellos que posean conocimientos sobre salud mental y deseen añadir nuevos parámetros de investigación sobre dicha enfermedad. De la misma manera, es apropiado para todo aquel interesado o apasionado del tema que quiera introducirse en dicho ámbito.
